We are looking for a confident, energetic, and hungry business development professional with a passion for events and experiential marketing. Reporting to the VP you will play a vital role in the continued growth of our range of entertainment products and services from themed attraction to theme parks, focusing on our business development activity and planning persuasive engagement approaches to convert new business opportunities.


  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives
  • Generate sales leads through participation in trade fairs and networking activities
  • Perform account servicing duties
  • Achieve sales target
  • Develop sales goals and conduct internal training

Job Requirements

  • Proven sales track record
  • Good market knowledge in event industry
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin to engage with Greater China market
  • Prior experience engaging with Greater China market is advantageous
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent time management and planning skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
